150th Anniversary
On Saturday 31st October 2009 our school
celebrated its 150th birthday! The
P & C markets were held, also
incorporating vintage car displays, organised
rides and a quilting and handicraft display in
the library. Shellharbour Council closed off Addison Street for other activities
associated with the '150th Celebrate Shellharbour.'
In the evening we invited all ex-students, staff
and parents to join us in the main auditorium at
Shellharbour Workers Club for the celebratory
dinner dance. Prior to this, our ‘Back to
Shellharbour Day’ was held in the school grounds
and featured memorabilia and a dance performance
featuring a range of dance styles from the last
150 years.
